All 5 stages of team development involve a leader taking charge and ensuring the group members work efficiently and well together. However, we are all equals in our group and do not have a specific leader to manage team operations. That being said, our group did have certain members that took charge and acted as leaders while still understanding we are all equals and have equal say in project ideas.    Stage 1: Forming           The forming stage in our group went rather smoothly. After learning who our group members were we then communicated a time to meet that worked with everyone. This stage in the team development process is very important because it sets the foundation for the rest of our team development.
